Our new cutting guide allows you to find the right size depending on the product you want, regardless of your country of origin. However, the best size varies depending on the woman and product.

To allow you an optimal choice, our policy Returns & Refunds allows you to try the product purchased at your home and possibly make it free within 7 working days from delivery.

Below we list our different delivery methods, depending on the place from which the order originates.

NATIONAL SHIPPING: Specifications and Restrictions

  1. GLS Express (Gratuita) – delivery within 24/48 working hours after the courier takes charge of the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Specifications and Restrictions

Shipping available for Central-West Europe countries:

1. UPS Standard (12€)  – delivery within 2-5 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount of less than €150.

2. Standard UPS (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders over €150.

 Shipping available for the United Kingdom & Central-Eastern European countries:

1. UPS Standard (18€)  – delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount of less than €200.

2. Standard UPS (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders over €200.

 Shipping available for Rest of the world:
1. UPS Express (25 €) – delivery within 1-3 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders over €150.

2. UPS Express (Gratuita) – delivery within 1-3 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders over €150.

We invite you to contact our customer care to communicate the correct address to the email commerciale@leblu.it. If the order has not yet been prepared by the logistics service, we will do everything possible to make this change. Once sent to our shipper, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address. Therefore, we invite you to provide us with this information as soon as possible.


If, over 5 days, you have not received your order yet and you have not received any notice of passage, you can verify the status and tracking of your order, through the tracking links of your order in the email you were sent to the order shipment. This link is also accessible from the "Login" section. If you have already created an account, please log in to your customer area, to the "My Orders" section. If you have placed your order as a guest customer, we invite you to access the "Login" section and then to the "Trace My Order" page. Please contact our customer service at sales@leblu.it

Once the order is made, the latter is sent to our logistic service for preparation and it is no longer possible to cancel it. However, if you notice a mistake in the minutes following your sending, We invite you to contact our customer service (commerciale@leblu.it), which will proceed, as far as possible, to its cancellation.

Once the confirmation is received, the details of the ordered products (cut, color, etc.) can no longer be changed.

If your order has already been prepared or shipped, you can return it to us, once you have received the package, following our current return procedure.

The products available can be added to the cart by selecting the desired size. If a size is not available, it cannot be selected. To check availability of a product in stock, please contact our customer service.

The return is free, net of the shipping price to allow the return of the head to our operating headquarters. You can check the amount that will be dismissed from the return on the page Shipping & Delivery

Whenever you make a payment, a request for authorization will be sent to your bank. If your payment is refused and/or if an error occurs, the cause is to be attributed to the payment method used for payment. The causes may be as follows:

- the codes and number of your credit card have not been entered correctly

- your credit card has expired

- the ceiling of your credit card has already been reached

- the “3D Secure” authentication code sent by your bank has expired

- your bank suspects fraudulent payment

All these cases arise from a refusal by your bank or the broadcast circuit of your credit card. We invite you to place your order again with another payment method and/or to contact your bank. For some banks, even in case of unauthorized payment, it is possible that an outgoing amount is visible on your current account. In this case, the amount is counted, but is not charged.
