Our new size guide allows you to find the right size depending on the product you want, regardless of your country of origin. However, the best size varies depending on the woman and the product.

To allow you an optimal choice, our Returns & Refunds policy allows you to try the purchased product at home and possibly return it within 14 days of delivery.

Below we list our different delivery methods, depending on the place from which the order originates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Specifications and Restrictions

  1. GLS Express (Free from €49) – delivery within 24/48 working hours after the courier takes charge of the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Specifications and Restrictions

Shipments available for Central-Western European countries:

1. UPS Standard (€12)  – delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount under €150.

2. UPS Standard (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.

Shipping available to UK & Central-Eastern Europe countries:

1. UPS Standard (€18)  – delivery within 2-5 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount of less than €200.

2. UPS Standard (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €200.

 Shipping available for Rest of the world:
1. UPS Express (€25)– delivery within 1-3 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.

2. UPS Express (Free)– delivery within 1-3 working days following the courier taking charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.

We invite you to contact our customer care to tell us the correct email address commerciale@leblu.it. If the order has not yet been prepared by the logistics service, we will do our best to make this change. Once sent to our courier, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address. Therefore, we encourage you to provide us with this information as soon as possible.

If, after 5 days, you still have not received your order and no notification has been sent to you, you can check the status and tracking of your order via the tracking link of your order in the email that was sent to you when the order was shipped. This link is also accessible from the "Login" section. If you have already created an account, we invite you to access your customer area, in the "My orders" section. If you placed the order as a guest customer, we invite you to access the "Login" section and then to the "Track my order" page. We invite you to contact our customer service at commerciale@leblu.it

Once the order has been placed, it is sent to our logistics service for preparation and it is no longer possible to cancel it. However, if you notice an error in the minutes following its sending, we invite you to contact our customer service (commerciale@leblu.it), who will proceed, to the extent possible, with its cancellation.

Once confirmation has been received, the details of the products ordered (size, colour, etc.) can no longer be changed.

If your order has already been prepared or shipped, you can return it to us once you have received the package, following our returns procedure currently in force.

Available products can be added to the cart by selecting the desired size. If a size is not available, it cannot be selected. To check the availability of a product in stock, please contact our customer service.

The cost of the return is €6.95. You can check the amount that will be deducted from the return on the Shipping & Delivery page

It is possible to make online purchases on the leblu.it website with the following payment methods:

- Visa

- Mastercard

- American Express

- PayPal

- Amazon Pay

- Apple Pay

- Bank Transfer

Every time you make a payment, an authorization request will be sent to your bank. If your payment is rejected and/or if an error occurs, the cause is due to the payment method used for the payment. The causes may be the following:

- your credit card codes and number were not entered correctly

- your credit card has expired

- your credit card limit has already been reached

- the “3D Secure” authentication code sent by your bank has expired

- your bank suspects a fraudulent payment

All these cases result from a refusal on your part, your bank or the circuit issuing your credit card. We invite you to place the order again with another payment method and/or contact your bank. For some banks, even in the event of an unauthorized payment, it is possible that an outgoing amount will be visible on your current account. In this case, the amount is counted, but is not charged.

The website www.leblu.it uses the best payment systems recognized among the main players in the financial world.

Furthermore, the Paypal system allows you to pay securely, without entering your credit card details.

In compliance with the European DSP2 directive, starting from September 2019, authentication via “3D Secure” is automatically required for all orders.
