Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the purchased products.
In accordance with the provisions of this Return Policy, you must inform Le Blu S.r.l. (hereinafter "Le Blu" or "we" or the "Seller") of your decision to exercise the return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received the purchased product (or, in the case of multiple purchases, from the date you received the last product) at www.leblu.it
To exercise your return, you can use one of the following options:
- fill out the online return form available at the link https://leblu.it/pages/resi and clicking on “Submit Return”;
- contact us at the contact points provided at the following link https://leblu.it/pages/contatti;
- send an email to sales@leblu.it specifying your decision to return (and return the products), also providing details regarding the date of receipt of the products, the order number, your first and last name, and the email address of the account associated with the order.
If any of the required information in the Return Form or the other information to be provided in the aforementioned email (as detailed above) is omitted, we may not be able to process your return request.
The items subject to return must be shipped back to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to exercise your return.
The products must be returned by shipping the package with the carrier indicated by the Seller.
The Seller will send you an email confirming receipt of your return request, which will also include instructions and the label for shipping the products. You will also receive a tracking number that you can use to stay updated on the status of your return.
1. Terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
Your return (and the subsequent return of the products purchased at www.leblu.it) will be considered properly exercised if the following conditions are met:
- Submission of the Return Form directly online following its completion via the address https://leblu.it/pages/resi by clicking on “Submit return” or sending via email to sales@leblu.it any other communication in accordance with the above requirements within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products;
- Regarding the garments, they must not have been used or worn other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of such products nor washed, and in any case, they must have the appropriate warranty seals intact and must not have been used or opened making them non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or health reasons;
- The identification tag attached with a tamper-proof seal, which is an integral part of the item, must not have been removed;
- The products subject to return must be returned in their original packaging;
- The products subject to return must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated the return;
- The products must not be damaged.
The cost for each return request is 6.95 EUR, which will be deducted from the refund amount and returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event that the return of the product is made for defects in conformity, you will not be required to bear any cost, regardless of the carrier used, as the legal warranty of conformity applies.
2. Compliance checks
Our products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags attached and including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right to:
- not accept the return if the products show signs of wear, or have been used or altered in any way from their original condition other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the same, or if the warranty seals have been removed;
We will inform you if your return request is not accepted because the products returned to us do not meet the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph 1 (Terms and conditions for making the return). In this scenario, the withdrawal will be ineffective and the Seller will return the previously purchased products to you. In order to receive the originally purchased product, consumers residing outside the European Union authorize, from now on and if necessary, the Seller to return the product outside the European Union, as will be better specified in the communication with which we will inform you of the rejection of your return request.
3. Refund times and methods
The Seller will fully refund the price of the returned product(s) without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated the return for the purchased products.
However, the Seller may reserve the right to withhold refunds until:
- they have received the products; or
- you have demonstrated that you have returned the products
depending on which situation occurs first.
The actual time for the credit or return of the amounts you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase with credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the policies of the credit/debit card management company. Please note that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit date, so you will not incur any loss in terms of bank interest;
- payment through third-party operators, such as PayPal and similar, where available: refunds will be credited to the respective account. However, the refund times to the credit card or bank account associated with such accounts depend on the conditions of the bank account or the policies of the institution that issued the card.
4. Product identification tag
All products sold by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a tamper-proof seal, which is an integral part of the good. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the related seal because products returned without them will not be accepted.
