Refund policy

The purpose of the LE BLU brand ("the Seller") is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on www.leblu.it.

The cost for each return request is 6.95 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund.

The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by the Seller only after sending an email to commerciale@leblu.it with the subject "return_order number".

The Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail of receipt of the withdrawal request.

1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

a) the decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly sent to the email address commerciale@leblu.it within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
b) the products must not have been used, worn, washed and must necessarily comply with the requirements described in the Compliance Checks section below;
c) the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal which constitutes an integral part of the goods;
d) the products must be returned in their original packaging;
e) the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract;
f) the products to be returned must be sent to the Seller with the original packaging and the corresponding pre-printed return label;
g) the products must not be damaged.

If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund the price of the products purchased, leaving you to bear only the return costs (6.95 EUR), i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated in the letters. a) and e) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, LE BLU reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.

2. Compliance checks

Our products must be returned unused and new, in perfect condition and complete with all protective materials, with any labels and tags attached and including all accessories and documents. If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

3. Times and methods of refund

After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and the refund procedure indicated here will be activated. The good will return to the property of Le Blu. Whatever payment method you use (credit/debit card, PayPal), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date in which you became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the conditions set out above.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

  • purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card company, but normally occurs within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
  • purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
4. Product identification tag

All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal, which constitutes an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.

5. Shipping

Returns can be sent via the courier indicated by the Seller, using the pre-printed label that you will receive at your email address. This method will allow the Seller to pay for shipping on your behalf and to check where your package is at any time.
