Shipping policy
All orders will be prepared within 24 working hours of receiving the confirmation email and in a maximum of 1-3 working days.
The delivery times indicated below take into account only the interval between collection by the courier and final delivery.
Declined orders and pending payments are excluded from the indicated delivery times.
Upon shipment you will receive an email with the tracking code and direct link to monitor the status of the shipment.
National Shipments:
1. GLS Express 3.95 euros (Free for orders starting from 49.00 euros) – delivery within 24/48 working hours after the courier takes charge of the shipment.
International Shipments:
Specifications and Restrictions Shipments available for Central-Western European countries:
1. UPS Standard (€12) – delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount under €150.
2. UPS Standard (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.
Shipping available to United Kingdom & Central-Eastern European countries:
1. UPS Standard (€18) – delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount under €200.
2. UPS Standard (Free) - delivery within 2-5 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €200.
Shipping available for the rest of the world:
1. UPS Express (€25) – delivery within 1-3 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.
2. UPS Express (Free) – delivery within 1-3 working days after the courier takes charge of the shipment for all orders with an amount exceeding €150.
Upon delivery, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing any documents. If for any reason the box appears to have been tampered with, we advise you to sign with reserve or refuse the package. In the event that the delivery contains an unauthorized signature, please immediately open a complaint with the courier and contact our customer service team at commerciale@leblu.it
Any complaint relating to damage, missing goods and/or delivery to the wrong address, the customer must necessarily contact support at commerciale@leblu.it within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.
In the event that the package is not delivered to the customer's address due to lack of collaboration on the part of the latter (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absence at the address, failure to comply with import regulations) the package will be sent back in Italy at the customer's expense, including any import costs assessed upon return to Italy. These expenses will be deducted from any refund.
Please note that couriers do not make deliveries or collections on the following Italian holidays:

For specific areas and for non-EU countries, shipments may be delayed due to customs blocks on entry or exit. The indicated delivery times do not include customs holds. The company Le Blu S.r.l. is absolutely not responsible for customs blocks as each country regulates import or export trade with its own laws on the matter. Customs duties are charged directly by individual countries' customs, for these reasons, we are unable to provide or predict customs duty amounts.

The payment of customs duties is the sole responsibility of the customer who must pay the relevant amount upon delivery. If the customer does not intend to pay the relevant amount, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned to the sender with return costs borne by the customer.
The company Le Blu S.r.l. will not be able to refund amounts relating to customs duties or import taxes under any circumstances.
Attention: Make sure you enter a valid telephone number to be contacted by the courier in case of problems with the shipment. A telephone number is required. If it is not provided, the package could not be delivered and returned at your expense.
